Where? Meeting point to be confirmed (the track starts a 5-min walk from CENTREPIECE)
Morning chair yoga and meditation session to release any tension and tightness accumulated from sitting, desk work and modern living. Simple poses to suit all abilities, no equipment required and conference clothes are suitable.

Avril Burbidge is a full-time yoga, meditation and mindfulness teacher, lecturer, and mentor. Traditionally trained in India and modernised western approaches. Her wealth of experience comes from working across a wide spectrum of locations, teaching a variety of practices, and students with a full range of abilities and skills. She has been practising for over 26 years bringing plenty of personal experience and dedicated self- practice. As a biomedical science graduate with 19 years’ experience in healthcare she adapts and personalises her teaching with a caring and supportive approach, tailoring to suit individual needs and abilities.
