Karl R Espernberger
Karl Espernberger is a physiotherapist and neurological stream leader at Donvale Rehabilitation Hospital in Melbourne. He completed his Bachelor of Health Sciences and Master of Physiotherapy Practice at La Trobe University in 2016, and is currently a PhD candidate at La Trobe University. His second publication, titled “Stroke survivors’ perceived identity greatly influences physical activity: A mixed-methods study” is the second of his PhD, which focuses on the personal and social factors influencing physical activity levels of independently mobile stroke survivors living in the community.
